I start this blog because I am really angry about the service provided by vpntraffic.com. I am not sure if it is only my case, but I have to share my experience here and let you all decide if it is worth to try their service.
One day, I want to find a cheap Japan VPN service. I did a search and found out that the vpntraffic.com provides VPN service in several countries including Japan, and it is only $5US. So I decide to give it a try, after I use paypal to purchase the package and give my password to use the VPN service. So I start using the Japan VPN on my Android, but it never connects, so I try the US VPN, it works! That's not my want, so I sent an email to them and ask for refund or give me the Japan VPN as stated in their website. I wait for 1 day, and finally got a response from them and here is the reply:
"hi, now the package not include japan server"
so I ask for refund, and give them my PayPal number.
Afterward, while they take time to process the refund, I try again the US VPN service on my Mac, it doesn't work. So I try on my Android phone again, it doesn't work too. So I sent them email just to notify them, there may be problems with their VPN servers.
They simply reply me:
"can works ok on computer/"
Anyway, it is none of my business, so I ask them when they can give me back the money, and they never reply me again. I already open a case in PayPal, but they are not replying the PayPal email as well. I am not sure if I can finally get back my money, but that's my experience with vpntraffic.com
Follow Up:
PayPal closed my case, and they cannot help me to get the refund. As a result, I pay the money to the vpntraffic while not getting the right service. Vpntraffic simply not replies email from paypal, and he wins the case. As paypal is not going to help these kinds of "Online Service" Payment, so their expert doesn't think that they should refund to me. Anyway, vpntraffic is bad, Paypal is letting them doing these bad business.
